Requirements: Art. 4.b de la ordenanza del ICIO: 50% a favor de las construcciones, instalaciones y obras en las que se incorporen sistemas de aprovechamiento térmico o eléctrico de la energía solar. Se aplica solo a la parte del presupuesto de ejecución que corresponda a esa instalación, y siempre que el sujeto pasivo no esté obligado a incorporar captación solar para agua caliente. Condicionada a colectores homologados para producción de calor. Carácter rogado: en el proyecto que se presente para obtener la licencia, esa parte debe constituir un apartado específico de obras y su coste ha de desglosarse en un apartado específico del presupuesto. La ordenanza advierte de que no se admiten desgloses a posteriori. Tipo de gravamen ICIO para obra mayor sujeta a tasa de licencia: 2,60%.
