We look at your installation
We visit your home or your parking space. We check the fuse board, the contracted power and where the cable can run. No surprises later.
We install your charging point to the Spanish ITC-BT-52 standard and leave it fully legal, certified and registered. No need to raise your contracted power. Engineers based in Xàtiva, covering la Costera and the surrounding area.
If your parking space is in a shared garage, you have the right to install a charger there even if the community of owners objects. Article 17.5 of the Ley de Propiedad Horizontal, the Spanish law that governs blocks of flats and their communities, says so: all it takes is prior notice to the community. No vote at the owners' meeting, no approval.
We draft that notice for you. The charger runs off your own meter, so you pay for what you use and the community bears no cost at all. It is the step that raises the most questions, and the one we sort out most often.

A dedicated circuit to the ITC-BT-52 standard, with its own protections. The electrical certificate and the industry registration are included. Your charger is legal from day one.

We show you how to schedule charging for the cheap hours and hand you all the paperwork, including what you need for your Spanish income tax return.
The charger can include dynamic power management. A meter in your fuse board watches what the house is using at every moment and the charger adjusts itself: when the oven or the air conditioning is working, it eases off; when the house is asleep, it speeds up. The car charges with the power you already pay for, and that side of your bill does not change.
The charger can be set to use your surplus: the extra energy your panels produce at midday goes into the car instead of being credited at a low price on your bill. Every kilometre comes off your own roof. If you do not have panels yet, one study can cover both at once.
Solar panels and batteries for your homeIn 2026 the support in force for a home charger is a 15 per cent deduction on Spanish income tax (IRPF), on a maximum base of 4,000 euros. That is up to 600 euros back through your tax return. It runs until 31 December 2026, under Real Decreto-ley 2/2026.
No. Article 17.5 of the Ley de Propiedad Horizontal gives you the right to install one at your own parking space in the communal garage. You simply notify the community beforehand. No vote and no permission from the owners' meeting are needed. You cover the cost yourself.
Hardly ever. The charger can include dynamic power management: a meter watches what the house is consuming and adjusts the charge so you never go over your limit. The car charges with what is spare and the power part of your bill does not go up.
Most homes have a single-phase supply: a charger of up to 7.4 kW, plenty for overnight charging. Three-phase reaches 11 or 22 kW, but it only makes sense if your home is already three-phase. We check this during the visit.
Yes. If you have panels, the charger can use your surplus: the energy left over at midday goes into the car instead of out to the grid. It is the cheapest way to charge. We set it all up for you.
With a 7.4 kW charger, one night is enough to put back hundreds of kilometres of range. For everyday driving around home, it is more than enough. Fast charging is for the long trips.
It is not a good idea. A domestic socket is not designed for hours of charging at full power: it charges very slowly and heats up the wiring. A charger on its own circuit under ITC-BT-52 is faster and safer.
A house with its own garage, or a space in a communal one. We tell you which charger fits, what paperwork it involves, and we leave it legal and working.
