Condicionada a la homologación de la administración competente, acreditada con el certificado de instalación diligenciado por el organismo autorizado y un presupuesto desglosado que determine de forma razonada el coste de la implantación de renovables. No se concede cuando la instalación es obligatoria por normativa ni en instalaciones de mayor potencia de la requerida por la legislación. Afecta exclusivamente a la parte de la cuota destinada estrictamente a ese fin. La solicitud se presenta de manera simultánea a la licencia municipal o a la declaración responsable, en instancia aparte, y permite aplicar la bonificación de forma provisional en la autoliquidación. The council procedure in Gandia

Gandia processes rooftop self-consumption installations through its declaración responsable for building work, with the relevant municipal form, and the ICIO discount application must be filed at the same time, in a separate application, not afterwards. Filed on time and correctly, the ordinance allows the discount to be applied provisionally in the tax self-assessment straight away, subject to later approval by the relevant body. Two exclusions worth keeping in mind: there is no discount when the installation is required by law, or when it has more capacity than the legislation requires.
