Where we work: La Costera and 40 km around Xàtiva

We are an engineering firm based in Xàtiva. We work within a 40 kilometre radius: close enough to come to your house, survey your roof in person and come back whenever needed. We do not go further, because we could not keep our promises if we did.

That covers the whole of La Costera plus the Vall d’Albaida, the Canal de Navarrés, the Ribera Alta and part of La Safor. A comarca, by the way, is a traditional Valencian district: a group of neighbouring towns. If your town is not on the list, ring us and we will tell you straight.

Town by town

These are the municipalities where we install and handle the paperwork. Each town has its own page, covering its procedure and, where the council offers them, its tax reductions with source and date.

What we charge for filing each procedure does not change from one town to the next: it is in the price table for every procedure and certificate we handle. Council fees do change, they are charged by the council itself and are billed separately.

ICIO and IBI reductions: every council does it differently

Some councils knock a share off the local building works tax (the ICIO) and off IBI, the annual property tax, for a few years if you install solar panels. But every town regulates it in its own way: the percentage, the years, the requirements and the caps change from one by-law to the next, and sometimes from one year to the next.

That is why every rebate figure we publish carries its by-law and its date alongside. If a figure changes, we update the page.
