In Novetlè it goes through a responsible declaration: the documentation is filed with the council and there is no need to wait for a licence decision. We file it for you, along with the rest of the paperwork until the installation is fully legalised.
Regional rule (DL 14/2020 art. 14.8 / TRLOTUP): a declaración responsable for rooftop self-consumption solar, except where there is heritage protection or the building is irregular.
What we charge for filing that procedure is published: the price of the council procedure in Novetlè and of the IBI reduction application.
35% of the full bill for properties with a solar thermal or electric system, under article 74.5 of the TRLHL (the local finance law). The ordinance sets one tax year of duration, and it makes the discount conditional on the installation being certified.
Novetlè's current ordinance includes no ICIO discount for solar power. The one that is published is the IBI discount. If that changes, we will update this page. In the meantime, the saving comes from the installation itself, from surplus power and from the income tax deduction.
A declaración responsable, under article 14.8 of the Decret Llei 14/2020 and the TRLOTUP, which is what applies to rooftop solar for self-consumption. Properties with heritage protection and irregular buildings fall outside that route, and need to follow a different path instead.
