Inspection
Mountings, wiring, protections and inverter. Anything working loose or wearing down is caught before it fails. A written report, with photos.
Cleaning with good judgement
Only when the data says dirt is costing you production. We tell you when it pays and when it does not, even if that means not charging you for a clean.
Repairs
A stopped inverter, a string down, degraded production. We are engineers: we diagnose the cause, we do not swap parts blindly.
Did another company install it?
It makes no difference to us. Many systems in this area were sold at the peak of 2022 and 2023 by companies that no longer exist or no longer answer the phone. Plenty of owners, foreign residents among them, have been left with nobody to call, and some do not know their system was never even registered. We inspect these installations, repair them, leave them monitored with alerts and, where needed, legalised with all the paperwork.
Frequently asked questions
Do the panels need cleaning every year?
It depends on your roof. Where it rains regularly, the rain itself does much of the work and paying for cleaning on a fixed schedule can be money down the drain. On roofs with building dust, heavy pollen or bird droppings, it does pay. The honest approach is to check: measured production tells you whether your panels are losing output to dirt.
Will you maintain my system even if another company installed it?
Yes. We take on other companies' installations, repair them and leave them monitored. If the system is also unregistered, we sort out the paperwork too.
What does a maintenance visit cover?
The condition of the panels and mountings, wiring and connections, electrical protections, the inverter and its fault logs, and actual production against expected. Whatever we find is explained in writing, with photos.
Is maintenance the same as monitoring?
No. Monitoring reads your production data every day and raises the alarm when something drifts. Maintenance is the physical inspection of the installation. They complement each other: monitoring says when a visit is needed, and spares you visits that add nothing.
