Requirements: Art. 3 bis b) de la ordenanza fiscal del ICIO (aprobación definitiva publicada en BOP de València núm. 139, 21-07-2022): 90% para obras que incorporen sistemas de aprovechamiento térmico o eléctrico de la energía solar, aplicado exclusivamente sobre la parte del presupuesto de la instalación solar. Se solicita ANTES del inicio de las obras o junto con la solicitud; colectores homologados si producen calor; al finalizar hay que aportar las facturas de la instalación para la liquidación definitiva. Hay una modificación de la ordenanza en tramitación (aprobación inicial BOP núm. 129, 09-07-2026); mientras no se publique la definitiva, rige el texto de 2022.

The council procedure in Barxeta

In Barxeta the installation goes through a responsible declaration: the documentation is filed with the council and there is no need to wait for a licence decision before starting the work. We prepare it and file it for you, along with the rest of the paperwork until the installation is fully legalised.

Barxeta tiene trámite municipal específico en su sede electrónica: 'Declaració responsable per a la sol·licitud d'instal·lació de plaques solars fotovoltaiques' (SIA 3267404, barxeta.sedelectronica.es). Para menos de 10 kW piden declaración responsable, memoria técnica, presupuesto detallado, Estudio Básico de Seguridad y Salud, responsable de coordinación y justificante del pago. El ayuntamiento advierte que no se pueden instalar placas en viviendas ilegales, salvo las que estén en trámite de licencia de minimización de impacto territorial. Lo gestiona el Departament d'Urbanisme (urbanisme@barxeta.es). El municipio no tiene ningún BIC inmueble, así que no hay conjunto histórico que complique el trámite en el casco.

¿Barxeta bonifica el ICIO si pongo placas solares en mi casa?

Sí. La ordenanza fiscal del ICIO (art. 3 bis b, BOP núm. 139 de 21-07-2022) establece una bonificación del 90% para las obras que incorporen sistemas de aprovechamiento térmico o eléctrico de la energía solar, sobre la parte del presupuesto correspondiente a la instalación. Hay que pedirla antes de empezar la obra o junto con la solicitud, y aportar después las facturas. Hay una modificación de la ordenanza en tramitación desde junio de 2026, así que conviene confirmar el texto final con el ayuntamiento.

¿Qué papeles pide el Ayuntamiento de Barxeta para instalar fotovoltaica?

Barxeta tiene un trámite específico de declaración responsable para placas solares en su sede electrónica. Para una instalación doméstica de menos de 10 kW: el modelo de declaración responsable, memoria técnica, presupuesto detallado, Estudio Básico de Seguridad y Salud, responsable de coordinación y el justificante del pago. Lo gestiona el Departament d'Urbanisme. Nosotros preparamos y presentamos todo ese expediente.

¿Y el IBI? ¿Tengo descuento por las placas en Barxeta?

No consta. La última modificación de la ordenanza del IBI (BOP núm. 250, 31-12-2025) fija el tipo en el 0,70% para urbana y no incluye bonificación por instalaciones solares. La bonificación municipal publicada para autoconsumo es la del ICIO, del 90% sobre la parte solar del presupuesto.
