The case does not match what you bought
We tell you which service it matches, its price and why. You can accept the change and pay the difference, or withdraw with a full refund. Nothing is executed until you answer.

Send us the complete request. We translate it into concrete actions, correct whatever falls inside scope and file the reply with its receipt.

Resolution work, from €349
An Industry request is the written notice by which the regional administration asks you to complete or correct your solar application before it goes any further. You have ten working days to reply. We read the request, translate it point by point and file the reply for €199 including VAT. If the only thing wrong is a mistyped entry, the service is a different one and costs €99.
You have received a notice written in administrative language, you do not understand exactly what is being asked, and you know there is a date.
There is no invented urgency in that list: it is the consequence the law itself provides for when a correction period is allowed to lapse.
Reply yourself through the regional electronic office.
If the request asks for a single document you already have and you understand exactly what is being asked.
It costs you your own time
Send it back to the installer who filed the application.
If the request concerns documents they prepared and the company is still trading. They should answer it at no cost to you.
No cost to you
You do not decide that at checkout: we decide it when we read the file, and we tell you before any work starts. If you buy the cheaper one and yours turns out to be the other, you choose what happens to your money.

If the request stems from documents supplied by you or by your installer, the second round is quoted before it begins.
Five steps, with who does each one in plain sight. The first four are our time or yours. The fifth is not ours to control, which is why it carries no date.
You upload the full request, the filed application and the date you received it.
We triage against your deadline and tell you whether it fits the €199 scope or needs a separate quote.
Our turnaround: 1 working day
Counted from: The request being uploaded in full.
We do not promise: That your request will fit within the simple scope.
We draft the reply point by point and correct whatever falls inside scope.
Our turnaround: 3 working days
Counted from: You accepting the scope after triage.
We do not promise: That the reply will be accepted.
We file the reply within the deadline and hand you the filing receipt.
Our turnaround: 1 working day
Counted from: The reply being finalised.
We do not promise: A decision date from the authority.
The authority assesses the reply and either continues the procedure or asks again.
The timing is set by the authority. We do not commit to it.
Without these four items there is no triage, and without triage we do not accept the order. Each one says what it is for.
The complete request, every page of it
Required · pdf
Half the work is reading carefully what is being asked, and that can only be done with the whole document.
The date you received it
Required · texto
It sets the real time left and decides the order in which your case is handled.
The filed application and the technical documentation of the system
Required · pdf
Without seeing what was filed there is no way to know why it is being queried.
Signed authority to act on your behalf
Required · pdf
Without it we cannot reply in your name.
We also assume three things: The request is complete and legible, with its notification date. The filed application can be located. The owner can grant authority for us to reply on their behalf. If any of them does not hold, it shows up in the triage and we tell you before touching anything. If you want to see which documents make up a self-consumption file and in what order they are filed, it is set out in the solar paperwork from start to finish.
€199 buys an upfront assessment, not a quote. It pays for reading the whole request, translating it point by point and answering it if the answer fits the simple scope. It is how a deadline that is already running starts being handled the same day, instead of waiting for someone to send you an offer.

If the request calls for calculations, a technical report or a project to be redone, that is not inside €199 and we do not absorb it quietly. We give you the price of the level that applies before touching anything, and you decide. €199 credited back if you book a €199-or-more service within 30 days.
Resolution work, from €349. Paying for the assessment does not by itself start the work: first we validate that the service you booked matches your case.
If you are an installer and the request stems from data you supplied, the trade rate is €149 excluding VAT. If the request stems from documents we prepared, it is included.

Assessment of the reply and continuation of the procedure.
No date commitment on our side.

Any documents or confirmations the request demands from the grid operator.
No date commitment on our side.
We commit to filing a complete application and following it through. The decision date is set by the authority, not by us, so we do not promise it.

If the problem is a wrong entry and not a real change to the system, we treat it as what it is: a correction, without selling you a full legalisation.
Fixed price
€99
VAT included
We charge €99 upfront. If reading your file shows the case is bigger, you choose: move up to the service that applies and pay the difference, or get the €99 back in full. We never charge the difference without an express new decision from you.
One round of revisions included, and one submission per file.
What falls outside is covered by: replying to a request, regularising the system.
2 working days
Counted from: The file and the evidence of the correct entry being uploaded.
We tell you which service it matches, its price and why. You can accept the change and pay the difference, or withdraw with a full refund. Nothing is executed until you answer.
We refund the full amount with nothing withheld. The cost of the review done up to that point is ours.
The notification date is a required field of the order and it is what orders the queue: triage runs by deadline, not by arrival order.
As a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw. With a deadline running it usually pays to start earlier: if you ask us to and then withdraw with work under way, you pay for the part already done; and if the service is completed within those fourteen days, the right to withdraw is lost.
If the request stems from documents supplied by you or by your installer, the second round is quoted before it begins. If the second request stems from a mistake of ours, we redo it and file it again at no cost.
It does not trigger a refund, because what you buy is the reply filed and not the authority's decision. It does trigger analysis: we tell you whether a further correction is possible and what it would cost.
The reply to the request is filed and the receipt is handed to you.
And it does not count as delivered because of:
The six that most often turn an answerable request into a stuck file.
The ten days of a request are working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, but they start the day after notification. Counting from the date on the letter rather than the date you received it usually produces a deadline that is either shorter or longer than the real one.
A request with four points requires four answers. Answering the two easy ones and staying silent on the rest leaves the file just as incomplete and burns the round.
Attaching papers through the electronic office without saying which point each one answers forces the authority to reconstruct it. That is the fastest route to a second request.
If what is on record describes a different system from the one on the roof, that is not fixed with a data correction. It is fixed by regularising, which is a different service at a different price.
If the request stems from documents your installer prepared, they should answer it at no cost to you. The mistake is assuming they did: the deadline runs against the owner, not the installer.
Acting before the administration on behalf of another person requires accredited authority. Without that signed document we file nothing, because a reply filed without valid authority does not count as answered.
A correction request gives ten days, counted in working days from the day after notification. If it goes unanswered, the outcome the law provides for is that the application is treated as withdrawn.

No, and nobody honest can. We answer technically and file within the deadline; the administration decides. What we do give you is what each point asks for and how we answered it.
We tell you after the triage, with the price of the technical level before anything is touched. The €199 you have already paid is credited in full against that service if you book it within 30 days.
If the request asks for one specific document you already have, yes. This service makes sense when you do not understand what is being asked, when there are several points, or when the date is close.
We tell you once we have read your file, not before. If it turns out to be something bigger, you choose: move up to the right service paying the difference, or get the €99 back in full.
The correction period is ten days, counted in working days. Our own turnaround is two working days from the moment the file is uploaded, so there is room. The authority's calendar is not ours to control.

Yes, with a signed authority to act. Without it we file nothing, because acting without accredited authority is not valid.

The rule that governs the correction period is Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Comun de las Administraciones Publicas, reviewed on .
If nothing has been requested of you but you do not know the state of your file either, start by finding out.
If the request reveals that what is installed is not what is on record, the route is regularisation, not correction.
A stuck file usually surfaces through the bill: the surplus credit is missing because the paperwork never reached the end.
The hub with the rest of the procedures before Industry, the grid operator and your town hall.
Once the file is closed, what prevents the next surprise is looking at the system every day.
Including systems installed by another company that is no longer around to answer for its own paperwork.
Complete, every page of it, and with the date you received it. With that we triage within one working day and tell you whether it fits the €199 scope or needs a separate quote. What we will never do is promise you that Industry will accept the reply.
